The Most Used Cookbook in my Kitchen.Oct 23, 2000
Bay Tables is a wonderful cookbook. The recipes are incredible and the book is beautifully presented. I make atleast 1 recipe from this cookbook a week! My favorite recipes include: the Pork Tenderloin with Red Pepper Sauce, Filet of Beef with Blue Cheese, and Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce that is to die for! Bay Tables makes an excellent birthday or wedding gift.

If I can cook out of this cookbook, anyone can!Nov 03, 2000
By Deborah Kennedy The beauty of the book makes it look intimidating, but honest, if I can cook out of this book anyone can. I started small and have worked up to entire meals out of the book. Dixie Bar Trout is a family favorite. Great salads, great appetizers, interesting combinations of ingredients, I could go on but you need to try it for yourself.

Incredible recipes and beautiful photography.Dec 17, 1998
All the recipes I have tried in this new cookbook have been easy to prepare and delicious! The ideas for presentation are elegant. The photograpy in the book makes it an excellent gift item. Sidebars provide interesting tidbits on food preparation as well as gulf coast history!
