Management and management style are changing rapidly in all organizations and commerce, industry and education have some things in common, among them financial administration and recruitment/management of workers. TQM would dictate that employees, that is, teachers, should not have the pride they feel in their work and their profession inhibited by evaluation, although evaluation is important.
