Filled with recipes Mother used to make for us growing up in the Deep South. You will love the home cooking recipes. Thank you for making the "Calling All Cooks" collection of cook books available online. We live a long way from our Southern Roots, but we can still enjoy our all-time favorite recipes. My copy is dogeared from years of constant use. Just ordered a copy for my daughter in law and her first cousin. They each love the taste of southern cuisine (they are from Mass) and having given them both a seasoned cast iron skillet, this cook book is the perfect companion. Take it from an Alabama girl, this cook book is fantastic.

Tried some recipes and they just dont work. This is a compilation from a group of coworkers, apparently nothing was tested. So I am guessing this is hit and miss.
